Business Analyst

Position Overview:

The Business Analyst is responsible for analysing business needs, identifying gaps, and recommending effective solutions to enhance operations and achieve organizational goals. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex business processes into actionable strategies.

KRA:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, requirements, related documents

Research, collect and analyse to meet the business requirements

® Conduct competitor analysis and market research to inform strategic decisions.

® Work with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, and operations, to design and implement solutions.

® Develop detailed project documentation covering the problem statement and the solution

® Monitor project progress, identify risks, and ensure timely delivery of deliverables.

® Create and present reports, dashboards, and visualizations for key business metrics.

® Support internal business transformation initiatives and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

Skills and Qualifications:

® Bachelor’s or any equivalent degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (MBA preferred).

® 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.

® Proficiency in MS Office tools like Excel, Power-point, word etc.

® Strong understanding of project management methodologies.

® Excellent communication and presentation skills

® Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
