Business Analyst

Key Competencies:

• Data Analysis & Reporting: Proficient in Excel for complex data analysis and reporting, including advanced formulas and pivot tables.
• Power BI Expertise: Skilled in creating interactive dashboards and visualizations to track KPIs and analyze trends.
• SAP Knowledge: Experience with SAP (preferably SAP by Design), integrating and optimizing business processes across finance, sales, and operations.
• PowerPoint Presentations: Capable of creating clear and compelling presentations to communicate data insights.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Strong communication skills to work with teams across departments to align business strategies and implement solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret business data to provide actionable insights.
• Develop Power BI dashboards for monitoring key metrics and trends.
• Utilize SAP for reporting and process optimization across business functions.
• Create and deliver PowerPoint presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and optimize business processes.
• Use Excel and Power BI to generate reports and forecasts, supporting business decisions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with SAP (preferably SAP by Design).
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proven ability to create and present clear, data-driven reports.
