YouTube Optimization Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven YouTube optimization specialist to join our team. This role combines expertise in managing YouTube channels and driving growth and engagement. The ideal candidate will be proficient in content strategy, video optimization, and ensuring our content reaches and engages the right audience. (Having web design WordPress CMS and SEO knowledge will be plus).

Key Responsibilities:

• YouTube Channel Management:
• Oversee the day-to-day management of the YouTube channel, ensuring content is uploaded and optimized.
• Develop and implement content strategies to grow channel viewership and subscriber base.
• Track, analyze, and report on channel performance, audience engagement, and trends.
• Collaborate with content creators to ensure high-quality video production, editing, and publishing schedules.
• Optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails for maximum reach and engagement.
• Engage with the YouTube community by responding to comments and fostering a positive environment.
• Reporting to YouTube on copy rights, strikes and privacy misuse
• Coordinate with agencies on collaborating and syndicating content management

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in YouTube channel management, video optimization, and YouTube SEO strategies.
• Experience with video editing tools and YouTube Analytics to track performance.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A creative mindset with an analytical approach to problem-solving.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with video content creation and editing
• Knowledge of YouTube algorithm updates and best practices for monetization.
• Experience with social media management and cross-platform promotion.
