Client Relationship Manager - Fashion Industry

Role & responsibilities

A CRM must build and maintain strong relationships with our high-end clientele. Primary responsibility will be to ensure an exceptional client experience, foster brand loyalty, and contribute to the overall growth of our couture business. This role requires a deep understanding of the luxury fashion industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver personalized service that exceeds client expectations.

• Develop and nurture relationships with high-net-worth individuals, celebrities, and other VIP clients.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing product information, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their unique preferences, style, and requirements.
• Offer personalized styling advice and recommendations to enhance the client's couture experience.
• Facilitate the end-to-end order process, including order placement, tracking, and delivery coordination.
• Work closely with the sales and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
• Serve as a brand ambassador, promoting the couture brand's values and image.
• Attend events, fashion shows, and other high-profile gatherings to network and strengthen relationships.
• Address and resolve any client issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
• Collaborate with internal teams to find solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.
• Implement strategies to enhance client loyalty and repeat business.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on client preferences.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and client preferences.
• Provide feedback to the design and marketing teams to contribute to the development of future collections.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion, or a related field.
• Proven experience in client relationship management within the luxury fashion or couture industry.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of couture fashion trends, designers, and the luxury market.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Flexibility to travel for client meetings, events, and fashion shows.
• Understanding and appreciation of the privacy and confidentiality expectations in dealing with high-profile clients.
