Position : Senior Manager - Finance

Location : Gachibowli, Hyderabad

Reporting to : CFO

Experience : 7+ years

Salary : Up to - 35 LPA

Working Days: 6 days/week (2 Saturdays off)

Role Summary :

Seeking a seasoned finance leader to drive profitability and oversee financial operations for a - 2,000 crore business. This role entails full P&L ownership, budget management, compliance oversight, and strategic support for business growth. Ideal candidates will have a background in high-growth sectors, ideally retail, and experience scaling business finances from - 600 crore to - 2,000 crore.

Key Responsibilities:

- P&L Ownership: Drive revenue, manage costs, and support business expansion strategies.

- Financial Planning & Analysis: Develop forecasting models, monitor budgets, and optimize resources.

- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with Ex-VP, VP, and other senior leaders to align finance with business goals.

- Compliance & Audit: Lead internal controls, statutory compliance, and risk management.

- Core Operations: Oversee day-to-day finance, corporate finance, taxation, and policy implementation.

Qualifications:

- Education: CA, ICWAI, or MBA in Finance.

- Skills: Strong P&L, compliance, audit, and growth strategy expertise.

- Languages: Telugu and Hindi (preferred).
