Job Title: Product Manager for Video Products

Responsibilities:

- Understand Customers: Learn about mid-market company needs and what they want from video products.

- Innovate: Create and improve video products that are easy to use and solve customer problems.

- Full Ownership: Take charge of the product from start to finish, including planning, building, and launching.

- Document and Plan: Write down requirements, create launch plans, and ensure successful product adoption.

- Bridge Communication: Act as the main link between customers, internal teams, and engineers.

- Work with Engineers: Collaborate closely with the engineering team to quickly deliver new features and products.

- Cost Management: Control the costs of running video services and develop pricing strategies.

- Build Relationships: Establish strong connections with UX, engineering, customer success, sales, marketing, and customers.

- Marketing Collaboration: Work with marketing to create customer-facing materials like press releases, presentations, and training guides.

Qualifications:

- Experience: 3+ years in product management, preferably with cloud video streaming and SaaS.

- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of software development, web technologies, and agile methods.
