Education: Bachelor / Master degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
As a BD Lead, you will manage a team which is focused on the US, European, and UK markets. You will be responsible for strategic planning, executing outbound strategies, and meeting both individual and team quotas.
What we are looking:
- At least 5yrs of experience in SAAS B2B sales
- Must have acquired clients around European, USA & UK markets.
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and negotiation skills
What you will do here:
- As Lead - manage a team of BD's in meeting sales targets.
- Provide coaching, training, and performance evaluations for team members.
- Being Individual Contribution, Meet or exceed sales target
- Identify and engage with potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth in Europe and the US.
- Manage the sales pipeline and forecast revenue accurately.
- Develop outbound strategies tailored to the US, European, and UK markets.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive activities.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive account penetration playbook.
- Design and execute successful outreach campaigns through cold calling, emailing, and other outreach methods.
- Develop personalized outreach strategies to engage potential clients and drive sales opportunities.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
