We are a fast-growing cybersecurity product company developing cutting-edge security solutions for enterprises. As we expand, we seek a highly skilled Scrum Master to drive Agile excellence and ensure seamless delivery in a mission-critical, fast-paced environment

This role requires a deep understanding of Agile frameworks, product lifecycle management, and technical collaboration to enable teams to build and ship high-quality products at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

Agile Product Development Leadership:

- Drive Agile best practices in fast-paced product engineering environments.

- Facilitate end-to-end Agile execution for multiple Scrum teams, ensuring alignment with product vision and business goals.

- Act as a servant leader, removing impediments, fostering collaboration, and ensuring continuous improvement.

Scaling Agile in Product Organizations:

- Work with highly scalable, global product teams in Cloud, SaaS, AI/ML, Security, FinTech, or Enterprise applications.

- Support Agile transformations and implementation of frameworks like SAFe, LeSS, or Spotify Model for scaling Agile across teams.

- Manage cross-team dependencies and optimize team velocity to enhance product delivery timelines.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:

- Partner with Product Managers, Engineering, UX, and Leadership to define sprint goals, refine backlogs, and drive innovation.

- Bridge gaps between business and technology teams, ensuring seamless execution of product roadmaps.

- Drive data-driven Agile execution, using metrics like burndown charts, cycle time, and velocity tracking to improve efficiency.

Continuous Improvement & Agile Coaching:

- Mentor teams on Agile maturity, helping product teams transition from good to great.

- Encourage a fail-fast, learn-fast culture, promoting iterative improvements and rapid experimentation.

- Advocate DevOps, CI/CD, and automation practices to drive Agile engineering excellence.

What We're Looking For :

Experience & Expertise :

- 7-15 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a product-based company.

- Proven experience driving Agile delivery for complex, multi-team product environments.

- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, Spotify Model).

- Technical exposure to cloud-based, AI/ML, SaaS, or enterprise security solutions is a strong plus.

Education (Pedigree Preference) :

Certifications (Preferred but Not Mandatory) :

- Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM I/II).

- SAFe- Scrum Master (SSM, SASM, SAFe- RTE).

- PMI-ACP or ICP-ACC Agile Coaching certification is a plus.

Soft Skills :

- Strong leadership, facilitation, and decision-making skills.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
