Engineering Manager - .Net Core (8-12 yrs)

Position : Engineering Manager

Location : Bangalore (Hybrid Mode - 2 days/week working from the office)

Experience : Minimum 8+ years of overall experience with 3+ years in leading teams

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of skilled engineers.

- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of software solutions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.

- Maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.

- Develop and implement engineering best practices.

- Drive continuous improvement in our software development processes and tools.

Required Skills and Experience :

- Hands on coder with Minimum of 3+ years of experience in leading and managing engineering teams.

Technical Expertise :

- Proficient in ASP.NET, C#, Web API, and .NET Core.

- Strong knowledge of JavaScript frameworks such as Angular or React.

- Experience with cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

- Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
