Senior Architect - .Net/React.js (10-15 yrs)

Job Description:

- Senior Architect is responsible for the development and the deployment of the services according to the Net Architect, Asp.net, C#, React Js, Dotnet, Dot net frame work,ASP.NET MVC (Core), NUnit (C# Unit Testing)

- Manages the team of the 7-8 developers and testers supervising the application development and supporting their skills development and performance's enhancement

- Manages the workload and the performance of the staff and shares with the Managing Director

- Supervises developers and testers' activities

- Defines, plans and manages internal and external communications on the assigned application in collaboration with the Application Manager and Project Manager

- Provides project updates to the customer and to the Managing Director

- Leads with the Managing Director the periodic Project Board meetings

- Informs Managing Director about any issues that can jeopardize the business relationship with the customer

Supervises and coordinates the following activities :

a. Design, code or implement and debug applications

b. Software performing and\or installation testing and quality assurance

c. Performance tuning, improvement, balancing, usability, automation

d. Software integration with existing systems

e. IT trainings.

- Prepares the SOPs relating to their activities in collaboration with the Quality System Unit Manager

- Collaborates in complying and enforcing Company procedures

- 10 years (at least) of experience in IT area.

- Ability to work independently as well as a part of a team.

- Ability to work with close attention to details.

- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills and ability to prioritize .

- Good commitment dedication, cooperation, positive behaviour, adaptability and flexibility.

- Ability to proactively anticipate and address critical issues and develop contingency plan.
