- Architect robust, scalable, and cost-effective systems on leading cloud platforms such as Azure and GCP, optimizing performance across the board.

Data-Driven Integration : Collaborate with data science teams to infuse the platform with personalized, data-driven features that enhance user engagement and satisfaction.

End-to-End Development : Oversee the complete software development lifecycle, from concept and design to deployment and ongoing maintenance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with product, design, and other key stakeholders to deliver projects on time, within scope, and on budget.

Quality Assurance : Champion best practices in code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD processes to uphold the highest standards of software quality.

Monitoring & Analytics : Implement cutting-edge monitoring and analytics solutions to track platform performance, leveraging data science techniques to drive continuous improvement.

Product Quality : Work closely with the QA team to ensure rigorous testing of all new features and enhancements, guaranteeing a premium product experience.

Qualifications :

Educational Background : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from Premium Institute.

Experience : 12+ years of software engineering experience, with a strong focus on e-commerce platforms or complex web-based applications.

Leadership Skill : Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team of engineers, with a track record of successful project delivery.

Technical Expertise : Proficiency in web development (React, Node.js), mobile app development (React Native, Android), cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP), and databases (MongoDB, SQL).

Data Science Knowledge : Familiarity with data science concepts and their application in creating personalized e-commerce experiences.

Agile Methodologies : Experience with agile development processes and project management tools.

Communication : Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with stakeholders.

Industry Experience : Prior experience in the e-commerce or retail industry is a strong plus.
