About the Role :

We are looking for a high-agency Product Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building end-to-end skill technology products for both India and international markets. This is an individual contributor role requiring strong ownership and proactive execution.

You will be responsible for the entire product development lifecycle-from understanding user problems, gathering requirements, defining solutions, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely product delivery. The role demands expertise in handling government and corporate stakeholders and ensuring a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities :

Product Discovery & Research :

- Understand and define user problems, conduct market research, and identify opportunities.

- Gather requirements from stakeholders (Government, Corporate, and End Users).

- Create user journeys and workflows to enhance the experience.

Solutioning & Development :

- Define and build product solutions based on market and user needs.

- Collaborate with designers to create an intuitive and engaging UX/UI.

- Write PRDs (Product Requirement Documents) and groom development tickets.

- Work closely with developers to clarify requirements, solve technical queries, and ensure development efficiency.

- Ensure the product is scalable, secure, and optimized for international and national deployments.

Execution & Delivery :

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Design, Engineering, Business, Strategy, and Government Bodies).

- Manage project timelines, ensuring product delivery is on time.

- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate features before release.

- Work on product iterations based on client feedback and market needs.

Stakeholder Management & Communication :

- Work with government and corporate clients to define product expectations.

- Pitch solutions to clients, gather feedback, and integrate insights into product development.

- Communicate product roadmaps, updates, and milestones to internal and external stakeholders.

Key Qualifications :

- 4+ years of experience in Product Management, with at least 3 years managing end-to-end product development.

- Strong experience in requirement gathering, PRD creation, ticket grooming, and UAT.

- Experience working in skill tech, edtech, gov-tech, or workforce development products is a plus.

- High ownership mindset with the ability to drive initiatives independently.

- Strong sense of user experience (UX) and ability to collaborate with designers.

- Excellent communication skills to engage with cross-functional teams and clients.

- Ability to work with developers, understand technical constraints, and solve problems proactively.

- Experience working with government and corporate stakeholders is an advantage.
