- Lead and mentor a high-performing field marketing team while fostering cross-functional collaboration.
- Create regional marketing plans tailored to different sales territories.
- Leverage data and analytics to track performance, optimize campaigns, and manage budgets effectively .
- Qualifications
- 7+ years of field marketing experience , preferably in B2B SaaS or technology startups. Cybersecurity experience is a plus.
- Proven success in scaling pipelines and driving revenue growth in high-growth environments.
- Strong expertise in event management, demand generation, and sponsorships .
- Experience leading and mentoring marketing teams .
- Proficiency in marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills .
