key responsibilities:
- develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals, focusing on user acquisition, retention, and brand positioning.
- develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals.
- conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities.
- provide direction to our social media and advertsing agency partners.
- identify new growth opportunities, including partnerships, affiliate marketing, influencer collaborations, and innovative channels.
- drive customer engagement initiatives, including community-building events, webinars, and content that speaks to the core mission of the brand.
- create and optimize content for blogs, website, and newsletter.
- monitor and analyze KPIs, providing insights and recommendations.
- stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- 2+ years experience preferred, as a digital marketing specialist or similar role in a startup environment.
- bachelors degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
- proficiency in using social media platforms for business.
- knowledge of any design tool (like Canva, Photoshop) to create content for social media
- knowledge of SEO, PPC, digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.) preferred.
- excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- creative mindset and ability to propose innovative ideas.
