About the Role :

We are seeking highly skilled and motivated Salesforce Consultants (Architect and Senior Developer) to join our growing team in Hyderabad and Bengaluru. These are pivotal roles that demand a blend of deep technical expertise in Salesforce development and architectural vision. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robust Salesforce solutions that meet our clients' complex business requirements. This role requires a hands-on approach, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities :

Architectural Responsibilities (Applicable to Architect Roles) :

Solution Design & Architecture :

- Lead the technical design and architecture of complex Salesforce solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.

- Conduct comprehensive technical assessments and provide recommendations for optimal Salesforce platform utilization.

- Define and enforce Salesforce development best practices, coding standards, and architectural patterns.

- Design and implement integrations with external systems, ensuring data integrity and seamless data flow.

- Evaluate and select appropriate Salesforce products and features to meet business needs.

- Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, data models, and integration specifications.

Technical Leadership :

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.

- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to quality standards. -

- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce technologies and trends.

- Lead technical workshops and presentations for clients and internal teams.

- Development Responsibilities (Applicable to Senior Developer and Architect Roles):

Salesforce Development :

- Develop and maintain custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and other Salesforce development tools. -

- Design and implement complex business logic and workflows using Apex triggers, classes, and batch processes.

- Build and maintain responsive and user-friendly Lightning Web Components.

- Develop and maintain integrations with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.

- Perform thorough unit testing and integration testing to ensure code quality and functionality.

- Debug and resolve complex technical issues.

- Work with Salesforce configuration such as process builder, flows, and validation rules.

Code Management :

- Utilize version control systems (e.g., Git) for code management and deployment.

- Follow established CI/CD pipelines for efficient and reliable deployments.

- Perform code reviews.

Collaboration :

- Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions. -

- Participate in agile development methodologies and contribute to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. -

- Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer and/or Architect, with a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, its architecture, and limitations.

Mandatory Technical Skills :

- Expertise in Apex programming, including triggers, classes, and batch processes.

- Extensive experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) development.

- Proficiency in Visualforce development.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and governor limits.

- Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP) and integration patterns.

- Experience with Salesforce configuration such as process builder, flows, and validation rules.

Desired Technical Skills :

- Experience with Salesforce DX and CI/CD pipelines.

- Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular).

- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, or other Salesforce clouds.

- Experience in designing and implementing complex integrations.

Soft Skills :

Certifications :

- Salesforce Platform Developer I and II certifications are highly desirable.
