Job Description:


We are seeking an experienced HR Manager with 5+ years of experience to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. You will be responsible for managing the HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and training. As the HR Manager, you will work closely with senior leadership and managers to ensure the smooth running of HR operations and drive a positive workplace culture.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Recruitment & Staffing:
    • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for all levels of positions.
    • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and create job descriptions.
    • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate the hiring process.
  • Employee Relations:
    • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
    • Foster a positive work culture and resolve conflicts effectively.
    • Support employees with career development, training, and performance feedback.
  • Performance Management:
    • Implement and monitor performance appraisal processes.
    • Support managers with performance reviews, feedback, and employee development plans.
  • Compliance & Policies:
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
    • Keep up to date with changes in HR regulations and employment law.
    • Handle HR documentation, contracts, and records management.
  • Employee Engagement & Retention:
    • Plan and organize employee engagement activities, events, and initiatives.
    • Help develop and implement strategies to improve employee retention.
  • Training & Development:
    • Organize training programs to enhance employee skills and promote career growth.
    • Support leadership development and mentorship programs.

Key Skills and Qualifications:


  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
  • Experience with HR software (HRMS, ATS, etc.).
  • Knowledge of various recruitment techniques and strategies.
