Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Provisioning Specialist to manage and coordinate number porting requests while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards. The ideal candidate will have 0 to 3 years of experience in handling porting processes, working with carriers, and troubleshooting porting-related issues. The training will take place in Noida location from the 3 months from the joining.

Key Responsibilities:

Number Porting & Compliance:

• Handle customer requests for number porting, ensuring compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
• Manage multiple import/export porting requests efficiently.
• Validate customer documents and data against relevant systems (TCCS, Myriad, Ofcom, etc.).
• Submit porting requests and coordinate with carriers (BT, TalkTalk, Openreach) to ensure seamless number porting.
• Possess strong knowledge of voice porting projects, including SIP and SMARTComms.

Technical Expertise:

• Strong understanding of BT IPEX and Wholesale voice services.
• Expertise in handling voice cease requests efficiently.
• Provide troubleshooting support for porting and provisioning-related issues.
• Proactively identify and resolve any challenges during the porting or provisioning process.

Coordination & Communication:

• Regularly update internal systems with porting status and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with customers, providing updates on their porting and connectivity orders.
• Work closely with internal teams, including Voice Engineering and Connectivity, to ensure timely task completion.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams or management for quick resolution.

Process & Documentation:

• Ensure all completed orders are handed over to the billing team for invoicing.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation for all provisioning and porting tasks, including process changes and customer requests.

Key Requirements:

• 0 to 3 years of experience in number porting and provisioning within the telecom industry.
• Strong knowledge of SIP, SMARTComms, and UK carrier processes.
• Familiarity with BT IPEX, Wholesale voice services, and industry regulations.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve porting-related issues efficiently.
• Strong coordination and communication skills to work with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple requests simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with UK telecom carriers such as BT, TalkTalk, and Openreach.
• Knowledge of Ofcom regulations and industry best practices.
• ITIL certification or experience working in an ITIL-based environment is a plus.
