Communication Specialist (Chinese)

Vivre Panels is seeking an International Communications & Coordination Specialist (Mandarin) to manage and streamline coordination with vendors/clients based in China, ensuring timely deliveries to India. Female candidates are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with Mandarin-speaking vendors/clients based in China to ensure timely deliveries.
• Facilitate smooth communication with international vendors/clients.
• Monitor delivery schedules and resolve any issues related to logistics and shipments.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with vendors, ensuring high standards of service and adherence to agreements.
• Provide regular updates and reports on delivery status and vendor coordination.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelors degree in Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fluency in both Mandarin and English (spoken and written) is essential.
• Proven experience in coordinating with international clients, vendors or managing logistics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple coordination tasks and ensure smooth delivery operations.
• Knowledge of advanced Excel/Google Sheets is preferred.

Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month.
