Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify and assess potential international business opportunities.
- Develop and implement comprehensive international business development strategies aligned with company goals.
- Build and nurture relationships with potential clients, distributors, and partners across various international markets.
- Lead negotiations with international counterparts to secure profitable business deals and partnerships.
- Manage the entire sales cycle for international accounts, from initial contact to contract signing and beyond.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations showcasing the value proposition of our products or services to international audiences.
- Travel internationally to attend industry events, meet with prospects and partners, and build brand awareness.
- Monitor and analyze international market trends to identify new growth opportunities and competitive threats.
- Generate comprehensive reports on international sales activities and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in international business development or a related sales role.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving business growth in international markets.
- Strong understanding of global business practices, international trade regulations, and cultural nuances.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence and persuade decision-makers.
- Experience in conducting market research, analyzing data, and identifying new market opportunities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software is a plus.
- Fluency in English and an additional foreign language is highly desirable.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong organizational skills, time management abilities, and the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Ability to work independently with a high degree of initiative and ownership.
- A genuine passion for international business and a desire to travel.
