Job Description :
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Fusion CX Solution Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience and a deep understanding of Oracle Fusion Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Eloqua, Responsys, Field Service Cloud, and Integration Cloud and how to integrate them to create a seamless customer experience ecosystem. The role requires expertise in solution design, architecture best practices, and implementation strategies across Oracle CX applications.
Key Responsibilities :
Solution Architecture & Strategy
- Define and design end-to-end Oracle Fusion CX solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture blueprint for Oracle CX applications.
- Ensure solutions adhere to industry best practices, scalability, and security standards.
Implementation & Integration :
- Lead the implementation and integration of Oracle Fusion CX modules across CRM, Marketing, Service, and Sales functions.
- Leverage Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for seamless connectivity between CX, ERP, and third-party applications.
- Ensure data consistency and synchronization across different Oracle CX products.
Pre-Sales & Business Advisory
- Support pre-sales by providing solution demonstrations, responding to RFPs/RFIs, and creating proposals.
- Engage with business and IT stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Customization & Optimization:
- Recommend and implement customizations and configurations using Oracle Visual Builder, Oracle PaaS, and low-code/no-code tools.
- Optimize system performance, workflow automation, and AI-driven decision-making.
Customer Engagement
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients for Oracle CX transformation strategies.
- Travel to client location across the world and work with them.
Technical Expertise:
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion CX applications, including Sales, Service, CPQ, Marketing (Eloqua/Responsys), and Field Service Cloud.
- Strong expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware integration.
- Knowledge of Oracle Visual Builder, APEX, and PaaS for custom development.
- Experience with data migration, ETL tools, and analytics (Oracle Analytics Cloud, BI Publisher, OTBI).
- Strong understanding of AI, chatbots, and automation capabilities within Oracle CX.
- Experience in Banking and Financial Service Industry is preferred
