Position Overview

Job Title: Bid and Proposal Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Bid and Proposal Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing bids, proposals, and presales activities, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company objectives. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong background in IT services or products, especially within the Indian market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bid Management: Lead end-to-end bid management processes, including bid planning, proposal development, submission, and post-submission follow-ups.
• Proposal Creation: Develop high-quality, compelling proposals tailored to client needs and aligned with the companys value propositions.
• Market Research: Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and customer requirements to provide strategic inputs for proposals.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as sales, marketing, delivery, and technical experts to gather information and ensure accurate proposals.
• Client Engagement: Engage with potential clients to understand their requirements, address queries, and provide tailored solutions.
• Compliance Assurance: Ensure all proposals adhere to client specifications, compliance standards, and deadlines.
• Knowledge Management: Maintain and update a repository of templates, case studies, and best practices for future proposals.
• Presentation Development: Assist in creating presentations and demonstrations for prospective clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
• Proven experience (2-3 years) in bid management, presales, or a similar role in an IT services or product company.
• In-depth understanding of the Indian IT services/product market is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other proposal management tools.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
