We require the following role for its India operations on Work-from-Office basis from its Mumbai location.

Job Profile - Cloud Lead

Location - Mumbai

Employment Type - Full-time, Work-from-Office, Rotational shifts (24 X7) including night shifts

Preferred experience - 8 10 years

The Role

This is a Lead role managing and overseeing the Cloud platform of the client and provide L3 level support. The candidate should have experience working extensively in engineering, deploying, and integrating solutions on one or more cloud platforms like AWS and Azure, etc. This requires handling the building blocks of cloud platforms like compute and storage resources, networking stacks (load balancers, security groups, ACLs, routing basics), workflows, logging, and config management, etc. This also requires to have a good knowledge of one or more scripting languages, like Python, Golang and on automated deployment on Cloud.

Responsibility

• Be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) of the Cloud engineering team for deploying and integrating solutions on one or more cloud platforms like AWS and Azure, etc.

• AWS, AZURE and google cloud management and security, migration, access management, manage high availability, DR strategy, cost saving

• Perform periodic server, storage & cloud infrastructure maintenance.

• Manage and address L3 escalations and external coordination with cloud service providers (AWS, Azure, GCP)

• Be responsible for delivery of cloud service management services to clients.

• Work on ITI tool with Incident, Change and other Request modules.

• Oversee internal and external organization audit & compliance submissions.

• Maintain an up-to-date understanding of Cloud technology base and a general understanding of other technology bases used by client

Must - Have Qualifications:

• Should have good experience AWS, AZURE and google cloud management and security, migration, access management, manage high availability, DR strategy, cost saving and on team management.
• Should have worked at Level 3 for Cloud Infrastructure.
• Should have working experience on atleast 2 CSP (between Azure, AWS & GCP).
• Expertise on Virtualization Hypervisors, Google, AWS, Azure cloud.
• Expertise on premises to cloud management.
• Maintaining and updating infrastructure design/build document sets,
• Should have worked under ITIL Framework.
• experience on multiple cloud and on premises technology, good hands-on experience on Windows, Active Directory, networking, security, and troubleshooting
• Should have good working knowledge of Virtualization Hypervisors. VMware, Hyper-V would be preferred ones.
• Create infrastructure estimate and cost management.
• Should have good grasping power and willingness to learn and acquire knowledge about the technologies they might have not worked upon, however it called for.
• Should have worked in AWS and azure services such as - VPC, EC2, S3, ELB, Firewall etc
• Should have worked in AWS and Azure services such as Vnet, VMs, Resource groups, Load balancers, Storage. Etc.
• Ensure all Service Desk tickets are resolved within WNS agreed SLA.
• Escalation and troubleshooting of Infrastructure specific incidents from Service Desk & Incident Management.
• Escalate calls to the next level as & when required to the respective Backend teams and SMEs and follow up to its closure with a complete resolution.
• Provide accurate shift handovers. • Rotational shifts (including night).
• Coordination with external vendor for the Issue resolution and solution optimization.
• Work from Office.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Engineering or Tech Graduate from any recognized University in India or abroad

• Advantage cost management, Audit management, documentation, and automation.

• Automate the mundane tasks

• A good and advanced understanding of UNIX / Windows with hands-on experience in performance tuning, capacity planning, and administering production systems at scale would be preferable.

• Abreast with developments in the IT industry, in particular around Cloud providers

• Previous experience with the design and end-to-end implementation of performant, reliable, and secure systems.
