We require the following role for its India operations on Work-from-Office basis from its Mumbai location.

The Role

This role would be required for the following responsibilities:

• Server administration: Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Windows physical and virtual Servers, User account management: Managing user accounts, access rights, and roles, Patch administration: Applying updates and patches to ensure the system is properly updated, Server build outs: Building database servers and LAMP environments,
• System maintenance: Performing preventative maintenance and regular maintenance tasks to keep systems running smoothly,
• Security management: Implementing security on the internet and intranet, and managing system security
• L3 Web server management and troubleshooting, Incident, problem, and change records, Backend support to implementation team, Job scheduling, File transfers, Basic shell scripting, Re-installation in the event of system crash/failures

Must - Have Qualifications:

• L3 Expert in Server Management, Windows OS, Virtualization and patch management, Vulnerability, DHCP, DNS, Hyper V, Hypervisor
• Skill to Manage Physical and Virtual Servers in a large environment typically 600+ Servers.
• Server Hardware troubleshooting
• Knowledge of ITIL Preferred.
• Experience in handling Servers across multiple OS flavors.
• Experience on configuration and troubleshooting of Windows Clusters
• Experience on troubleshooting DHCP and DNS Services.
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals.
• Experience in tracking server activity, performing upgrades of software, addressing technical problems.
• Good Documentation Skills preferred.
• Knowledge of configuration and troubleshooting of Hardware RAID.
• Experience on VMware or Hyper V virtualization.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Engineering or Tech Graduate from any recognized University in India or abroad
• 100% Work from Office (24 X7) Rotational shifts including night shifts
