We require the following role for its India operations on Work-from-Office basis from its Mumbai location.

Job Profile - NetApp Storage Admin

Location Mumbai

Employment Type - Full-time, Work-from-Office, Rotational shifts (24X5) including night shifts

Preferred experience - 3 5 years

The Role

As NetApp storage administrator you are required to design, implement, and manage NetApp storage solutions for the organization. you need to ensure that the storage infrastructure meets business needs by working with other IT professionals. You would be responsible for Storage management, Performance Monitoring, maintain storage protocols and perform regular storage and system backups for recovery management.

Responsibilities

• Handling day-to-day operations for NetApp devices
• Supporting and managing high-end SAN storage for enterprise-grade systems
• L2 Support for Netapp Storage
• Monitoring the health of network ports
• Coordinate with multiple stake holders / Third party Vendors for break-fix
• Monitoring and running regular Health checks as part of day-to-day operations
• Provide on call support to internal and external clients
• Participate in weekly/ monthly/ customer meeting.

Must - Have Qualifications:

• Have good experience in handling day-to-day Operations (L1, L2, L3) for NetApp devices. L2 level experience is a must.
• Expertise in Implementation and administration on NetApp Cluster mode filers and providing solution for the same.
• Ability to troubleshoot any sort of issues and bring quality production maintenance
• Tuning parameters and fixing Storage performance issues
• Prior experience in identifying opportunities of duplicate Incidents and Change incidences, involve in ticket remediation etc.
• Experience in Brocade & Cisco SAN switches for SAN connectivity.
• Must be well versed in Storage reports generation.
• Tuning parameters and fixing Storage performance issues
• Have good communication skills. (Language: English)
• Ability to collaborate well within other infra support teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Engineering or Tech Graduate from any recognized University in India or abroad
• Good Knowledge on FC and IP based storage replications
