Job Description:

We are seeking a MidPoint/IGA Lead with hands-on experience in Identity and Access Management (IDAM) solutions, specifically with MidPoint or other IGA products (Sailpoint, Okta, Saviynt, etc.). In this role, you will lead the implementation of IDAM solutions, ensuring they meet both security and business requirements while collaborating closely with clients and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn and work with MidPoint IDAM (IGA, SSO, MFA) and other relevant tools/technologies.
• Work from the client office in Delhi (Connaught Place), 5 days a week.
• Lead the implementation of IDAM solutions (MidPoint or other IGA products) to fulfill client security and business needs.
• Gather client requirements, develop connectors, LCM events, and workflows.
• Install, customize, configure, and provide ongoing support for identity provisioning and governance tools.
• Participate in upgrades of IGA products, ensuring smooth and effective execution.
• Develop IAM solutions using IGA products and integrate them with various systems.
• Aggregate and provision users using various connectors.
• Lead and manage projects, ensuring resources are aligned, and project goals are met within deadlines.
• Create and run audit reports for compliance (e.g., SOX, PCI, CPNI).
• Implement new code into UAT and Production environments, managing the system development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Monitor delivery against SLAs, address exceptions, and escalate as needed.
• Apply problem management best practices to identify root causes, reduce future incidents, and ensure continuous improvement.
• Identify and assess risks and develop recommendations for mitigating significant issues.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, workflow diagrams, and test scripts.
• Ensure smooth execution of upgrades, including planning, execution, and post-implementation stabilization.
• Effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Development experience with at least one of the following IGA technologies: Sailpoint, Okta, Saviynt, MidPoint, ISIM, RSA, Ping, Oracle Identity, Microsoft Identity, etc.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with IDAM and IGA technologies.
• 6+ years of experience working with IGA tools and technologies, including their concepts and features.
• Development background, preferably in Java or a similar programming language.
• Experience in IGA administration, implementation, and upgrades.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field.
• Proficiency in Java and scripting languages.
• Hands-on experience with development, implementation, integration, and customization of IGA tools.
