Job Title - Sourcing Administrator, Ads Business India
Hiring Manager : Director, Head of Ads Business

• Assisting in preparation of sourcing contracts and agreements
• Assisting in onboarding of suppliers & conducting assessments where applicable
• Assisting in preparation of Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders
• Developing an in-depth knowledge & owning of sourcing of products / goods and processes involved
• Managing Records, publishing relevant dashboards and ensuring compliance per procedures in place
• Sourcing and engaging reliable suppliers and vendors, negotiating with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms
• Ensuring timely payments and driving periodic closure of books
• Supporting the Finance Manager for managing & tracking functional budgets
• Work closely with the team to promote and execute the vision and mission of procurement as well as drive local and global category strategies
• Being a key contact point for team and resolve concerns raised by the team members / suppliers wrt documentation / invoices / payments
• Maintain Trackers and produce necessary MIS when needed.

Can you describe to me what a day to day looks like in this role?

• Candidate will be contacted for help on the process, may also be guiding stakeholders, following up for approvals on POs.
• Assist the teams on source-to-buy process, from contracts, to raising PR/PO, to invoicing.
• Generate/maintain reports/dashboard on budgets, ensuring effective spend/utilization
• Volume is about 200-300 annually contracts/PR/PO
• Top 3 non-negotiable must have skills:
• Excel skills Intermediate, Google sheets
• Sourcing process knowledge
• Communication skills / interacting with global stakeholders
• Good to have Skills:
• Project management / Improving processes, looking at the whole process improvement
