Proposal Writer

Key Responsibilities:

1. RFP Analysis: Thoroughly review incoming RFPs to understand the project requirements, evaluation criteria, and submission guidelines.

2. RFI Analysis: Carefully review incoming RFIs to understand the information requirements and the client's needs.

3. Information Gathering: Collaborate with subject matter experts and relevant teams to collect accurate and relevant information for RFI responses.

4. RFI Response Development: Write, edit, and format RFI responses to present the company's strengths and offerings clearly and effectively.

5. Content Generation: Collaborate effectively with various functions to learn, create, develop and deploy high quality RFI/RFP responses with a clear intent to standout as an organization and win business.

6. Proposal Development: Write and edit RFP responses, ensuring they are clear, concise, and tailored to meet the client's needs and requirements.

7. Compliance Management: Ensure that all RFP responses meet compliance standards, addressing all sections and requirements in the RFP.

8. Content Library Maintenance: Maintain a library of standardized content, templates, and case studies for efficient proposal writing.

9. Project Management: Manage proposal timelines and coordinate with team members to ensure timely submission of proposals.

10. Quality Assurance: Review and proofread RFIs and RFP responses for accuracy, consistency, and overall quality.

11. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices for RFI responses, proposal writing and share insights with the team to enhance our proposal processes.

12. Closely work with Business Development, Sales, Marketing, and Communication teams to support them in their efforts of extending the brand and bringing new business.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in any stream

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in RFP/RFI response writing, preferably in the Staffing Industry.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Project management skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.

• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Proficiency in using RFP response softwares, tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
