About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced FLEXCUBE Technical Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with FLEXCUBE modules and a strong technical background in Java, Unix, and PL/SQL. You will play a critical role in the design, integration, and implementation of FLEXCUBE with third-party applications, ensuring seamless functionality and performance across banking modules such as Payments, Loans, Trade Finance, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• FLEXCUBE Technical Expertise: Provide technical expertise on key FLEXCUBE modules such as Core, CASA, OBPM, OBBRN, OBIC, OBIEE, Credit/Loans, Trade, Payments, Treasury, Branch, and more.
• System Integration: Design and implement FLEXCUBE Web Services, Rest API, and SOAP XML for seamless integration with third-party applications, ensuring robust gateway services and data exchanges.
• Technical Development: Work on core FLEXCUBE configurations, customizations, and troubleshooting issues related to system performance and integration.
• Application Architecture: Contribute to the design of FLEXCUBE application architecture, ensuring it is optimized for scalability, security, and high performance.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions for new projects, enhancements, and issue resolution.
• Knowledge Sharing: Share best practices and provide guidance to junior team members on FLEXCUBE technical aspects and integration processes.
• Upgrade & Support: Provide support for the latest FLEXCUBE 14.x version, ensuring smooth upgrades and compatibility with other systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Primary Skills:

• FLEXCUBE (Core, CASA, OBPM, OBBRN, OBIC, OBIEE, Payments, Loans, Trade Finance, Treasury, Branch)
• Java: Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Java development.
• Unix: Strong proficiency in Unix for scripting, troubleshooting, and system management.
• PL/SQL: Advanced knowledge of PL/SQL for database interactions and procedures.
• Web Services & API Integration: Experience with Web Services, Rest API, SOAP XML, and Gateway Integration.

Secondary Skills (Nice to Have):

• Spring Boot: Knowledge of Spring Boot for microservices architecture and API development.
• JavaScript: Experience with JavaScript for front-end or integration work.
• Knockout.js: Familiarity with Knockout.js for dynamic user interfaces.
• WSO2 Integration Studio: Exposure to WSO2 Integration Studio for managing and designing integration flows.
• FLEXCUBE Functional Knowledge: Familiarity with the functional side of FLEXCUBE and its banking modules.

Experience Required:

• 3+ years of experience in FLEXCUBE, with strong hands-on experience in integration, Java, Unix, and PL/SQL.
• Experience with FLEXCUBE 14.x version is highly desirable.
• Proven experience in integrating FLEXCUBE with external systems using Web Services, SOAP XML, and Rest APIs.
• Knowledge of FLEXCUBE business modules and their technical implementation is essential.

Education:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Masters degree is a plus.
