Job Description:

We are hiring a Senior Data Engineer with healthcare domain experience to build and optimize data pipelines, ensure data governance, and drive ETL development. The ideal candidate has expertise in SQL, Python, Spark, AWS Glue, Snowflake, and Airflow.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Develop scalable data pipelines for batch & streaming processing.
✔ Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance (HIPAA, PHI).
✔ Work closely with onshore teams & stakeholders for business insights.
✔ Optimize MPP database systems (Snowflake, AWS Redshift, Teradata).
✔ Monitor data pipeline performance and build visibility solutions.

Required Skills:

✔ 5+ years of data engineering experience in the healthcare domain.
✔ Hands-on with SQL, Python, Spark, AWS Glue, Airflow, EMR, Redshift, Snowflake.
✔ Strong understanding of healthcare data models & regulatory compliance.

Preferred Skills:

✔ Problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
✔ Excellent communication & collaboration skills.
✔ Experience with data lineage & governance.
