Key Responsibilities:

✓ Minimum 2-4 years of Leadership Hiring experience with direct sourcing skills and a proven track record of success.

✓ Ability to represent the SPECTRAFORCE brand and ensure that we attract the best talent.

✓ Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

✓ Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

✓ A passionate individual who is focused and understands technology.

✓ To be able to work mostly independently with little supervision in a fast-paced agency environment.

✓ Should possess advanced computer skills, especially in Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Outlook.

✓ With a proven track record of achieving monthly hiring goals and forming positive relationships with delivery managers/technical panels.

✓ Connecting with business (internal teams) to understand the requirement.

✓ Sourcing of matching profiles through various Job Portals/ networking websites (www.linkedIn.com ) / Google search/ references/ cold calling/ Job Advertisement.

✓ Screening of the prospective candidates from the technical / HR perspective.

✓ Salary/ Benefits Negotiation.

✓ Lining up for interviews, pre-interview prep-up, and post-interview follow-up.
