Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Merchandiser Manager to oversee all aspects of the merchandising process. The ideal candidate will manage product planning, inventory, pricing, and visual presentation to maximize sales and profitability. This role requires excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills to drive results and foster collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Planning:

• Develop and implement merchandising strategies that align with business objectives.
• Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities.

2. Inventory Management:

• Forecast demand and plan inventory levels to avoid overstocking or stock outs.
• Monitor stock movement and manage inventory replenishment.

3. Vendor & Supplier Relations:

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules to optimize profitability.

4. Product Presentation:

• Ensure the proper execution of visual merchandising standards across stores or platforms.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote key products and campaigns.

5. Team Leadership:

• Lead, train, and mentor the merchandising team to achieve performance goals.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment.

6. Data Analysis & Reporting:

• Analyze sales data to evaluate product performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare detailed reports on key performance metrics and present findings to stakeholders.

7. Collaboration:

• Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product development teams to align strategies.
• Coordinate promotional activities to drive sales and enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in merchandising, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record of managing merchandising strategies in [Preferably Retail]
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and merchandising software/tools.
• Knowledge of retail trends, inventory management, and supply chain processes.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
