Mid Specialist - IT

Role & responsibilities

The candidate will provide guidance and leadership to the IT technicians, support end users by handling escalations, resolving user issues, and monitoring the performance of business-critical systems to prevent delays and outages and quickly resolve ongoing issues

• Strong knowledge of IT Network infrastructure, architecture, AD, SSO, IAM etc.
• Monitor and maintain IT systems and Servers
• Work experience on WLAN controller and APs (Configuration & Management)
• Hands on working experience of Unix/Linux and windows operating systems
• The candidate will be accountable for implementing the identified changes/ upgrades in the IT environment of Invest India
• Define SoP’s and identify potential areas of improvement for the organization
• Assist IT technicians in trouble shooting
• Follow and implement standard operation procedures as per IT Act 2023, ISO 27001 & escalation matrix
• Knowledge of troubleshooting Windows/iOS Operating system, PC Hardware
• Responsible for procurement of various IT supplies
• Oversee upgrades and installation
• IT Asset maintenance & Management
• Prepare scheduled reports related to assets, services and tickets resolved
• Assist technology team with new IT initiatives.
• Be available as required to support business operations apart from working hours.
• Ready to learn, manage, and operate new products or setups for the IT needs in the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science (CS) or information systems (IS) is a must.
• Minimum 5 years of Work Experience in a MNC.
• Strong understanding of network architecture, configurations and infrastructure.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills with analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Self-motivation and the ability to work under minimal supervision is must.
• Ability to think of innovative and effective solutions as per the organization’s working environment
