Role & responsibilities

Responsible for overall smooth IT Technical Operations.

Responsible for the IT infrastructure, updating server & users configurations, scaling and deployment of an enterprise resource planning server-based required different operating systems

Monitors network operations and performance to diagnose problems and develop stable and reliable server and storage platforms.

Implementation of SAP ERP system

Responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and controlling all technology functions and/or operations of one or more complex work units within the Information Technology Division.

Some of the most common tasks performed on a daily basis include reviewing and analyzing system performance, overseeing the maintenance and upgrades of IT systems, managing and mentoring IT staff, collaborating with other departments to understand their IT needs and provide solutions, monitoring and managing IT budgets. Should be able to handle around 300 users and multi-location operations.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate with similar experience from Manufacturing industry and having good exposure of SAP ERP system and its implementation.
