As a vital component of the operational backbone, the IT Administration Manager will ensure high uptime, security, and efficiency of server operations while managing a dedicated team of professionals.
Job Description:
- Manage colocation server infrastructure and ensure optimal performance.
- Supervise, mentor, and lead a team of IT professionals.
- Implement and enforce operational protocols and safety measures.
- Oversee rack and server installations and configurations.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Monitor system performance, capacity, and outages to maintain uptime.
- Develop and manage budgets for colocation activities.
- Implement backup and disaster recovery plans.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts.
- Email and communication management for colocation services.
- Document operational procedures and updates for future reference.
- Lead technical projects related to colocation expansion and improvements.
- Analyze system logs for troubleshooting network issues.
- Coordinate with client teams to satisfy their IT needs.
- Stay updated with latest trends and technologies in colocation services.
Qualifications
- Strong technical background in IT infrastructure management
- Experience with NSE colocation server management
- 5-6+ Years in Brooking company.
- Knowledge of server security protocols and best practices
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Location: Daryaganj, Delhi
