Job Description
Must have completed SC 300 / AZ 500 certification.
Need to have prior experience in Azure Identity Management (Azure Active Directory / Microsoft Entra ID).
Must need to have knowledge and experience in Azure Identity Access Management
Proactively manage and maintain Enterprise Application, App Registration, Conditional Access Policy and other things available in Azure Active Directory / Microsoft Entra ID.
Lead significant SAC projects, focused on enhancements in workflow/ automation/ process/ documentation.
Creating, modifying, and Deleting user accounts in Active Directory.
Managing user accounts and permissions in the identity and access management system.
Work closely with the Approvers to ensure that the right people have access to the right resources.
Involved in troubleshooting and resolving IAM issues.
Work with internal customers, business analysts, and application teams to understand access requirements.
Familiarity with IAM concepts and best practices.
Knowledge of IAM software, such as Microsoft Active Directory.
Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
Must have excellent communication, documentation, and customer facing skills.
Experience
5+ years of experience in Security Access Management handling and SAC/IAM operations.
Experience with SAC / IAM tools viz. PAM360, SAIL Point etc.
Understand and work within established Service Level Agreements (SLA) to ensure timely response.
Need hands on experience in Identity Access Management (IAM) / Global Access Management (GAM) process.
Perform root cause analysis, troubleshoot complex issues with existing in SAC/IAM
Demonstrated knowledge of common adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures.
Education and Training
Bachelors degree in Information Technology, related discipline, or relevant work experience.
Good understanding of Information Security compliance regulations, frameworks, requirements (PCI, SOX, HIPPA)
Relevant Technical Security Certifications (i.e., ITIL Certificate / AZ 900.) are plus.
