Key Responsibilities:
✅ Sales Leadership: Develop and execute strategies to expand our customer base and drive revenue growth.
✅ AI-Driven Sales & Automation: Leverage AI agents to automate repetitive sales tasks, improve client engagement, and enhance productivity. Stay updated on AI-driven automation trends to maximize efficiency.
✅ Customer Engagement: Build long-term relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and positioning SparxIT as a trusted tech partner.
✅ Lead & Deal Closure: Own the sales funnelfrom prospecting to deal closure. Ensure high conversion rates and achieve assigned targets.
✅ Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors' strategies to position SparxIT effectively.
✅ Presentation & Communication: Deliver compelling presentations and proposals that captivate potential clients and win business.
✅ Ownership & Accountability: Take full ownership of sales performance, reporting directly to leadership with insights and strategies.
✅ Team Collaboration: Work closely with pre-sales, marketing, and tech teams to align business goals and ensure client success.
