Head International Business Emerging Markets

• Market Expansion & Management
• Start and manage the company's new business operations in Africa, MENA, CIS, SE Asia, Pacific Islands, and LATAM.
• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in these regions.
• Strategic Planning
• Develop comprehensive business plans and budgets tailored to each market.
• Formulate and implement feasible market-entry strategies aligning with the companys objectives.
• Distributor/Importer Network
• Identify, appoint, and manage importers/distributors in each target market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key distribution partners.
• Product Registration & Compliance
• Coordinate with regulatory bodies to facilitate product registrations in targeted markets.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards.
• Sales & P&L Responsibility
• Achieve defined sales objectives within the emerging markets.
• Take leadership in managing P&L and cash flow responsibilities for the export business.
• Cross-Functional Coordination
• Collaborate with Regulatory, Manufacturing, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth execution of export operations.

Candidate Profile

• Proven Track Record
• Minimum 10 years of successful experience developing new pharmaceutical business in emergin international markets (Africa, MENA, CIS, SE Asia, Pacific Islands, LATAM).
• Demonstrable history of significant sales and market expansion achievements in these regions.
• Industry Expertise & Network
• Strong network of contacts and excellent relationships with importers/distributors in multiple geographies.
• Deep understanding of market dynamics and the ability to propose viable business models for each country.
• Communication & Language Skills
• Excellent command of English (both written and spoken).
• Working knowledge of French, Russian, or Spanish would be an added advantage.
• Education
• Bachelor's degree (Graduate).
• Any relevant postgraduate degree/diploma would be preferred but not mandatory.
• Preferred Attributes
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive cross-functional teams.
• Highly self-motivated, result-oriented, and adept at working in a fast-paced, evolving global environment.

Compensation

• Salary: Commensurate with experience. Please apply with your current CTC and expected CTC.
• Note: Compensation will not be a constraint for the right candidate. Performance incentives will be an added bonus.
