Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Head to drive lead generation and sales closures. This is a senior-level role requiring an individual with a strong network, proven sales leadership, and a track record of closing large deals. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in selling IT software solutions, AI solutions, and consulting services.


Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth by identifying and closing new business opportunities.
  • Lead Generation & Deal Closure: Generate high-value leads and own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Client Relationship Management: Leverage existing relationships and build new ones with key decision-makers in large enterprises.
  • Networking & Partnerships: Utilize personal and professional networks to bring in big-ticket clients and enterprise deals.
  • Target Ownership: Take complete responsibility for achieving and exceeding assigned sales targets.
  • Strategic Business Development: Identify market trends and position Innovantes as a preferred IT solutions provider.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with delivery teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and maintain client satisfaction.

Key Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in business development and sales in IT services, software development, AI solutions, and consulting.
  • Enterprise Sales Expertise: Proven track record of selling to large enterprises and Fortune 500 companies.
  • Strong Network: Must come with an established network of enterprise clients and C-suite connections.
  • Consultative Selling: Ability to engage clients at a strategic level and position complex IT solutions effectively.
  • Target-Driven: Strong focus on achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the IT services industry, AI solutions, and enterprise software sales.
  • No Freelance Marketplaces: We are not looking for candidates experienced in platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, or similar channels.
  • Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and negotiate at CXO levels.
