Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies.
- Collaborate with leadership to understand staffing needs and attract top talent.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, assess qualifications, and guide the selection process.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience and track recruitment metrics for insights.
Qualifications:
- Any graduate with experience in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of talent acquisition experience, ideally in D2C or e-commerce.
- Expertise in recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in ATS, HRIS, and other recruitment tools, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
