Job Opening: Sales Head for Fintech

Employ by Sparklehood has partnered with with a Fintech for a new business vertical for the role of "Sales Head"

Job Description:

1. Own & drive sales targets as per AoP while continuously optimizing incentives for employees & partners/affiliates to lower costs

2. Ensure heterogeneity & predictability of the demand pipeline by diversifying sales channels while keeping a close watch on the competitive landscape & offerings

3. Keep sales teams motivated through required performance structures and establish offline distribution partnerships to source higher-margin customers

Required Experience:

Experience of 3-5 years in consumer lending or field sales-led organizations. Leading field sales teams selling direct-to-consumer unsecured products will be a plus

Experience in Banking/Fintech/ Financial Services industries background is preferred

Location: Surat

Compensation : ~18 LPA plus revenue linked performance bonus, can go up-to 30 LPA
