Job Description

Employ by Sparklehood has partnered with a leading enterprise SaaS gamification technology company to recruit for the role of Product - Founder s office

Required Experience:

1. Product Management experience, preferably in a HR tech startup , with a minimum total work experience of 3 years

2. Candidates with Technical background - experience or studies in software engineering - are preferred

3. Strong in working across teams and leadership, Excel modeling, PowerPoint presentations and comfortable working with ambiguity

Job Description:

1. Work with the CTO and founder in product and technology function, work on product scaling, analytics, feature planning, collaboration and execution of product features, etc.

2. Conceptualize and drive initiatives to enhance scale and synergy across product, engineering, customer onboarding and customer success

3. Drive the capability agenda across functions, improve team productivity and effectiveness, while conceptualizing and executing initiatives for employee experience and engagement
