Job Description
- Partner with the DesignX Founders to identify and execute initiatives that support
company growth and innovation. - Partner and track high-priority projects competitive analysis, product strategy, customer
acquisition, retention, and expansion efforts.
- Monitor and dashboard key SaaS metrics to track key performance indicators, providing
data-driven insights to inform strategic and operational decisions. - Work with Product Team to assess product performance metrics to identify trends and
propose improvements.
- Assist the Founders in preparing materials for board meetings, investor presentations,
and fundraising activities.
- Work with cross functional team to identify and assess new business opportunities,
partnerships, and growth channels.
Requirements- Engineer / Graduate (preferably in Economics) with 2+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, venture capital, or a high-growth SaaS or technology company. MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven track record in strategy, operations, or business analytics, ideally within the SaaS or tech industry.
- Sound data analysis and familiarity with analytics tools and project management tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to with work cross-functional teams o drive alignment on strategic initiatives.
