Role & responsibilities

Contract Labour/ NAPS Management

• Administration of Contract labour, Recruitment, attendance, Overtime, payroll and other allied activities. Preparation of Contract labour related Reports, MIS etc. Ensure effective contract workforce planning and availability as per indent.
• Ensure first level support for contractual employees.
• Administration NAPS Trainees wrt Recruitment, Attendance, Stipend etc.
• Ensure Adherence with legal provisions of NAPS scheme.
• Monthly Wages and bill processing for Contract labours and NAPS Trainees (BPM).

Co-ordination and Compliances-

• NAPS/ Labour contract related document as applicable, ( PF, ESI, PT, UTR Details and other).

General Administration:

• Ensure the complete plant general administration and Over all monitoring of administrative activity for smooth functioning.
• Responsible for HR and Admin related vendors management, Vendors Payments.
• Serves on various internal committees as necessary.
• Manage statutory welfares like canteen, Creche, Doctors room, Ambulance, drinking water etc.
• Coordinate employee transport and monitor its effectiveness including budget and cost compliance.
• Oversee plant security function and sustain its effectiveness.
• Prepares budget for the Administration Function.
• Manage Guest hospitality i.e. hotel booking, vehicle arrangement, welcome bouquet, food etc.
• Recruitment of Associates, Training, PMS
