Role & responsibilities

Continuous Improvement Initiatives

Act as a support/Handhold for all the Plant improvement/cost saving initiatives/Projects and ensures proper review mechanism

Responsible for identifying gaps/opportunities & implementation of Lean and Six sigma projects within the plant to fill that gaps

Conducting continuous assessment and identifying opportunities for improvement & initiate projects

Implementing, Reviewing & monitoring of Lean & Six-Sigma Projects

Training and Support

Responsible for conduction of workshops/events over various drives/improvement initiatives

Act as a Support Function for motivational/employee engagement activities

Develop and provide technical/management trainings and make sure that robust communication channels are in place to develop a training framework that supports the Business excellence Group Goals. -Conducts regular trainings for staffs/employees over various business excellence initiatives/drives/pillars

Standardization

Support in the standardization of systems/processes in the Plant as per the Group guidelines

Standardization of Departmental DWM, Weekly/ Monthly department & Plant Performance deck

Contributor for Standardization of Plant, Vertical& Group BE Initiatives

Journey to WCM

Will act as a facilitator for the TPM implementation in the plant and towards excellency recognitions

Will instil WCM (World Class manufacturing) culture through Lean & Six Sigma approaches

Act as a change agent towards transformational / Cultural change within the plant/Group

Digitization

Act as a coordinator to digitize DWM of Individual Department & Shop Floor

Act as a coordinator for Digitalizing processes & Re-Engineering existing processes

Implementation of 11 Basic Elements of Spark Minda Business Excellence Model ( SMBEM)

Act as a coordinator and support for all 11 SMBEM pillars wise champions & implementation at the plant

Act as coordinator/facilitator for the Quality circle/Kaizen competitions/events (Internal & External)

Group SOPs Deployment

Act as a support for all CF champions/Teams for Group SOPs deployment at plan
