Profile Summary
The objective of this role is to handle sales over the phone entirely like solving queries in regard to the product or service provided by the company, collect desired information from the clients, maintain healthy relations, understanding of the customers requirements and close the sales deal efficiently.
Key Accountabilities and Deliverables
Identify methods to generate leads and inquiries of the quality leads.
Pursue new/existing clients through cold callings/meetings etc.
Sells and coordinates transportation, accommodations, tours and activities
Handles travel issues, conflicts, complaints, cancelations and refunds.
Conducts research on destinations and industry trends.
Maintains accurate records of bookings, payments, transactions, phone calls and meetings.
Contributes to travel agency efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
Builds and maintains relationships with travel and tour vendors.
Understand the customer needs, design and curate travel itineraries and outbound holiday packages accordingly.
Advises clients regarding destinations, cultures, customs, weather and activities.
Sells and coordinates transportation, accommodations, tours and activities.
Coordinate for transport bookings as per the travel itineraries in very effective and systematic manner to optimize time slots and priority.
Qualifications and skills required:
Bachelors or Masters (any field)
Experience: 0 - 2 Years
Knowledge of B2B and B2C sales
Good communication (written & verbal)
Professional and pro-active personnel
Interpersonal and problem-solving skills
