Job Description

2 to 3 years of experience and proven track record.
Experience using tools such as Figma, XD, Photoshop and Illustrator.
Must have experience working on mobile apps and website design.
Strong portfolio to be presented and defended during the interview.
Hands-on experience creating wireframes, prototypes, etc
Creative ideas with a problem solving mindset.

Roles Responsibilities:

Ability to collaborate closely with developers and designers.
Create, improve and use wireframes, prototypes, style guides, user flows, and effectively communicate your interaction ideas using any of these methods.
Present and defend your design decisions. All your design decisions should be based on the overall design roadmap as we'll as your own design thinking and fundamental principles (ie color theory, visual weight, etc)
Continually keep yourself and your design team updated with the latest changes in your industrys standards.

Education:

BCA, MCA, B.com, any design course like Xplora design skool, arena.
(If you are superstar at your skills and attitude, we dont look at your degrees but nonetheless a degree gets a vote in regular cases)
