Manager - Human Resource Program
Job Description:
- Program Manager Gyanodaya , Aditya Birla Group ( HR - Learning & Development) People from Non HR Background Need Not Apply.
KRAs:
- Core Accountability: Support the Program Director for the delivery of select learning events.
- Provide support in conducting the following actions (which are typically followed for each learning event) and aligning to HR 2024 strategy:
1. Gather requirements of multiple stakeholders and link it to the overall plans of the Group and Business strategy and goals.
2. Do research / read / interact with different people to develop understanding & perspective on the subject.
3. Get a sign off on the need analysis and learning objectives.
4. Conduct data analysis / research internally. Use / refer to the various data points available within the organization.
5. Create broad outline of the course.
6. Draw macro design of the learning intervention. Objectives structure, instruction strategy, pre during after interventions etc). Ensure the design will deliver the intended and agreed learning objectives.
7. Search and select the appropriate faculty / learning partner to deliver the learning design.
8. Ensure appropriate nominations are received from the Businesses.
9. Ensure the delivery of the learning event as per the design by strict adherence to the pre, during and post learning plan by following the GLEAM (Group Learning Excellence and Application Model) standards.
10. Observe the delivery of the program in the class room and provide feedback to the Program Director.
11. Ensure implementation of post program action plan on sustained learning.
12. Review course feedback to modify course structure methods of delivery and selection of appropriate faculty for future programs.
13. Leverage on technology for learning effectiveness (pre, during and post program).
14. Measure Business impact of the learning events.
15. Provide relevant inputs to Talent Management team so as to enable them present it in various Talent councils.
Provide Learning Consultancy to Businesses and other Corporate Functions by providing learning expertise in program delivery and sustenance planning:
1. Connect with Business and Corporate Function teams to understand emerging Organizational Capability requirements, business context and challenges. Get a sign off on the overall learning objectives.
2. Do research / read / interact with different people to develop understanding & perspective on the subject.
3. Draw macro design of the learning intervention (Objectives structure, instruction strategy, pre during after interventions including sustained learning etc).
