Role & responsibilities

Manager / Senior Manager Direct & Indirect Taxation

Chartered Accountant with 4 to 8 years of experience:

Direct Taxation:

1. Guiding the Company on the various compliances required under required under Income Tax Act, 1961.

2. Devising a policy and method for the smooth implementation of compliance required under Income Tax Act, 1961.

3. Abreast with the latest changes / amendments and advising the Company and implementation of the on the same.

4. Assist the company on the tax planning

5. Independently drafting replies / responses to the notices received

6. Independently attending the assessments and court hearings on the matters of Income Tax and successful closure of the same without much additional tax liability to the Company.

7. Liasoning with the statutory auditor on the Income Tax and Tax audit filings

8. Filing of various forms and returns required under Income Tax Act on timely basis

Indirect Taxation:

1. Guiding the Company on the various compliances required under required under GST laws.

2. Devising a policy and method for the smooth implementation of compliance required under GST Laws.

3. Abreast with the latest changes / amendments and advising the Company and implementation of the on the same.

4. Assist the company on the GST planning

5. Independently drafting replies / responses to the notices received under GST laws

6. Independently attending the assessments and court hearings on the matters of GST and successful closure of the same without much additional tax liability to the Company.

7. Liasoning with the statutory auditors & consultants on the GST audit and monthly returns filing.

8. Filing of various forms and returns required under GST Act on timely basis

Preferred candidate profile

Min. 4 yrs experience post qualifying CA

Preferably from construction/Infrastructure or real estate background
