We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our pump sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pump sales and a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure sales goals are met
Build and maintain relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners
Identify new business opportunities and pursue them aggressively
Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development
Analyze sales data and provide insights to inform sales strategies
Develop and manage sales forecasts and budgets
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 2/3 years of experience in pump sales, preferably in a leadership role
Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets
Strong knowledge of pumps and pumping systems
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time

MBA or advanced degree in a related field
Experience with software and sales analytics tools
