Roles Responsibilities:
The Assistant Manager - Sales is responsible for supportingthe residential sales team in achieving sales targets, managing clientrelationships, and assisting in developing and implementing sales strategies. Generateand identify new leads through networking, referrals, and market research. Conductproactive outreach to potential clients via phone calls, emails, and socialmedia to create new business opportunities. Stay informed about local realestate market trends, property values, and competitive landscape to identifyopportunities and provide valuable insights to clients.
Present properties to potential buyers, highlightingfeatures, benefits, and potential value.
Oversee the sales process from initial contact through toclosing, ensuring all paperwork and legal requirements are completed accuratelyand timely. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providingexceptional customer service throughout the sales process. Follow up with client spost-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals or repeat business.Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, andtransactions using CRM software. Prepare and submit regular sales reports,tracking performance metrics, and sales achievements. Work closely with thesales team and other departments to align sales strategies and achieve teamgoals.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor s or master sdegree in business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. You will have5-8 years of experience in the real estate industry. Proven experience insales, preferably in the real estate industry. A track record of achievingsales targets and driving revenue growth. Excellent communication, negotiation,and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle objections and close saleseffectively. Strong understanding of real estate market trends, property types,and sales processes. Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools. Exceptionalcustomer service skills with a focus on building and maintaining clientrelationships.
